Description

Jarl is a term from the Thorwalian language and refers to an elected supreme judge and administrative head of a jarldom.

The Jarl is elected at a regional Hjalding and also represents the Jarltum in the Supreme Hjalding. The jarl is responsible for implementing the decisions of the Highest Hjalding. They also collect taxes.
