Description
[edit | edit source]Sultan Dolguruk the Black is still known by many as the executioner of Thalusa. He overthrew Prince Ras Kasan in 1021 BF and seized power in Thalusa. He remains the executioner to this day, ensuring that those he deems guilty receive their just punishment.
